I also like the less cutesy ones.

In any case it is your enthusiasm that is driving all this, so a big thanks.

I can't help but having another logo tweak suggestion that brings out the 
infinity symbol a bit more prominently (similar to one you had before) to go 
with our (new) slogan: pdl> ... infinite possibillities...  ;)
