The structure of the book sections look like:

PDL/Book/Chapter.pod

with figures (and their associated scripts for generating them) stored in:

PDL/Book/Chapter/*

...the reasoning being that then that archiving commands like "tar zcvf
chap.tgz Chapter*" will pull all the relevant material together.

We can change this to some other format if others have the motivation,
though.

Chris - at the moment we've got the directory structure in git-book. How
and where does this go in the PDL distribution?
