Ok finally got SourceForge to to work I had to change the extension from exe to
inx
so this is in a Tar so you have to decompress it with peazip or something that
can uncompress a Tar
file then change the extension to from PDL.inx to PDL.exe

Let me know if it works on all windows systems I built it
on Windows server 2008 ... so it should be robust.
It still needs some work, but i hope that this will give
some inspiration to the idea , and get more people involved in PDL...
