No, it works with Strawberry, too. (Let me know where it says it works only
with ActivePerl, and I'll re-word it to make it clearer.)

and follow the advice there.
In short, just grab http://www.sisyphusion.tk/ppm/scripts/PdlInstall and run
that script.
Don't use ppm on Strawberry - it's an old version of ppm and way too buggy
(for me) to be bothered with.
I've had to do a bit of stuffing around to get the ppm package right for
Strawberry Perl - so let me know if you find there's still some problem that
needs to be sorted out.
