Mark, you just need to get gnuplot, which is a (free) standalone executable.  
The CUDA reference you're seeing in the error message is only reflecting that 
you have CUDA-related directories in your command path.  A good place to get 
gnuplot is "http://www.gnuplot.info";.

I apologize for the extra step -- I'm working on an Alien::Gnuplot module that 
will do the installation semi-automatically.  It is in CPAN now, but 
experimental.  If anyone wants to pull it and try installing and or "use"ing it 
on the Microsoft Windows platform, I would appreciate it.
