Just as an example I cannot build both Math::GSL .27 and PDL 2.006 on
12.10 while they are gracefully working on 11.04.
What's the error you get for these two modules ?
(In a month or two I want to overwrite Windows Vista on one of my machines
with ubuntu ... I'd be interested to see what sort of issues I might have to
face.)
