Hi guys,
one question about Standaloneblastplus.
When i run the blast the factory is creating 2 temp files. One which
is holding the blast result and another one which is holding the query
seq. The second one has a file extension .FAS.
My question is: is it possible to create manually this .FAS file? So
it will be unique to the process. For now it is automatically created
and for each query a new file is being created of the type
DBDrandomstuff.fas. But i found that when i run several concurrent
blasts some problems appear and some of the blasts get broken. So i
would like to manually create only one .FAS file per factory in which
the queries to be copied.
Any help will be appreciated.
