About the RMT Program in HSBC Indonesia An initial 18 months on-the-job training programme for manager level position, providing exposure to the breadth of our Indonesia Banking business, preparing you for a generalist management career in HSBC Indonesia. Successful candidates will be posted in certain departments and assigned for an acting manager position. After 12 months period, the performed trainees will have opportunity to be sent to HSBC in UK, for a two-months global training programme, together with other participants of the similar programme from across HSBC Group. What you need to join the program * Indonesian citizenship * Minimum Bachelor degree in any subject, MBA degree is advantage, from top universities with outstanding achievement & GPA. * Possess 1-2 years experience in Financial Industry is preferred. * Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English. * Strong leadership and team working skills. * Innovation and creativity, along with a "can-do" attitude, in order to drive our business forward.
