Follow-up from my previous post. We have determined to move forward with low temperature treatment for a 1 - 2 week period. However, I am concerned as our freezer appears to only be reaching temperatures of -10 degrees F and I am not sure this is sufficient? Is it possible for this to be appropriate, but for a longer period of time? Or, do we need to re-evaluate our freezing source?
Many thanks, again, for your time and expertise. Best, Amanda -- *Amanda A.
