Yes, German Cockroach, Blattella germanica. Best treated by a professional. There are plenty of good gel baits available now to treat cockroaches in their harbourages e.g. Maxforce, Advion brands. Several registered as approved EU Biocides. Make sure your professional uses one of those rather than sprays or powders. Also make sure all food is removed from the affected area.
