Can anyone tell me if its possible to access my outlook e-mail running ubuntu

How does Outlook access your email? Exchange? IMAP? POP3?
Or do you mean you have emails stored in Outlook and you want to transfer them?
I am trying to get the school to change over to Edubuntu but they want to send
e-mail by outlook as they are used to it
outlook we use for our school e-mail but apparently its accessed by Mapi
