Exchange such a wonderful thing ! OK Evolution has given up on using MAPI as an access protocol to the exchange backend. Instead it now uses the HTTPS webmail front end to access the email backend. There are benifits to this and dis-advantages. It should work fine for your need. You will need the Evolution-Exchange plug-in and point it at the https webmail front end.
