same here, works great with a saturated link. i can upload with full speed
and it doesn´t slow down my downloads at all!

okay, surfing around while uploading is slower than normal, but thats something we have to live with, right?
The outgoing connection setup and page requests have to compete with your uploads. You could experiment with a rule that puts everything out to tcp port 80 in a priority queue. Just don't do any HTTP uploads :)
