just don't filter statefull if you want to control the directions 
seperately. or filter statefull on both interfaces.

there is stuff that was theoretically possible with altq before the 
merge that is not any more.
who gives a shit? it wasn't usable at all! nobody used it because the 
UI was totally fucked up!
