Never saw your first post.  Saw your 2nd one of just about 1/2 hour
ago.  Two things:

    1. What operating system and version?  There are lots out there,
       you know.  Maybe if you mention that item, somebody who knows
       will be able to help.
    2. Sometimes you have to wait a bit, maybe days, to get an
       answer.  The people that answer questions on these mailing
       lists are all volunteers.
