I would like to request confirmation regarding the compatibility of PostgreSQL
11 with Microsoft Windows Server 2019 (64-bit).
We are preparing an on-premises installation of OpenText Intelligent Viewing
and need to validate the database and operating system compatibility before
proceeding.
Our intended environment includes:
* Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019 (64-bit)
* Database: PostgreSQL 11
* Application: OpenText Intelligent Viewing 22.3 / 22.4
* Virtualization Platform: Microsoft Hyper-V
We would appreciate clarification on the following questions:
1. Is PostgreSQL 11 compatible with Windows Server 2019?
2. Was PostgreSQL 11 officially tested or supported on this operating system?
3. Are there any known compatibility limitations, installation requirements,
or configuration considerations?
4. Is there any official documentation confirming this compatibility?
We understand that PostgreSQL 11 has reached end of life. However, we would
like to establish whether this combination was supported during its active
maintenance period.
