Hi,

I'm not able to compile libpq for Windows environment using the 8.0.0 beta 1 source 
tree.  I got the following errors (The entire compilation output is listed below):

When I looked for the undeclared identifiers, they were not defined anywhere in the 
source tree.  Has anyone faced similar problems?  Can someone please tell me how to 
fix this issue?
