If sponsoring companies want to be in a list, let them be on a separate list that's explicitely for sponsors. I kinda hate the fact that people is now so used to the concept that companies are "people" and have much of the same "rights". Yeah, I don't know when did that start but I would prefer that the names would be spelled in full. On the other hand, having a first name only is a kind of a sign that you're already an established developer. I think credit is important, so if Stefan Kaltenbrunner did some psql autocomplete work and it's not attributed, let's add a note to that effect.
