Updates:
 - Permission checks were added for objects within "WITH RECURSIVE" clause.
 - New SE-PostgreSQL testcases were added.

As I mentioned before, currently I want any suggestion to go forward
the reviewing process of SE-PostgreSQL, but it is unclear for me.
What should I do during the remaining 25 days?
