Sorry, I didn't explain well. I just suggested the order of development. I think paritial recovery is easier than partition replication because we don't need to think network nor multiple clients in recovery. Also, this feature can be developed on the Streming Replication, but it is under development -- the code is not fixed. So, I'd suggest to start the development from independent parts from Streaming Replication. I believe the partial replication will require modules developed for the partial recovery in the future.
