Yeah ... what we actually have on the master server is 1.11.17-FreeBSD, and it seems after some digging that the tag= capability was a BSD patch to start with. The CVS people adopted it into their 1.12 series, with a different name ... but Fedora is still on the 1.11.x series, bless their conservative little heads.
