Sorry to return with this thread, but I think we missed something during
the review.

In 17th August 2013 [1] I added more code to patch [2]:

- CREATE SEQUENCE [ IF NOT EXISTS ]
- CREATE DOMAIN [ IF NOT EXISTS ]
- CREATE EVENT TRIGGER [ IF NOT EXISTS ]
- CREATE ROLE [ IF NOT EXISTS ]

Seems that no one reviewed this part or was rejected with others?
