[HACKERS] Recursive queries?

Is there anyone working on recursive queries for 7.5?  I know there is a 
 patch that implements it on 7.4 (I can't seem to find the guy's 
webpage), but that uses Oracle syntax.

Wasn't there some guy at RedHat doing it?  Is RedHat working on PITR?
