I'm getting the LGit_GIT_ENOTFOUND when I load a clean image. The id appears to be the commit id from a different repository (in my case it happens to be the repository directly under the one with the error). I haven't looked in to this further yet, but the short term workaround is to reload all the packages in the repository with the error.
