[Pharo-project] ThreadSafeTranscript

Hi,

why in the latest 1.4 image is ThreadSafeTranscript back? Wasn't it
replaced by TranscriptModel? It breaks Pharo-Kernel CI job (it doesn't
report fail but I will fix that).
