Hi, 

it is decoupled, so separate it is just matter of create their own package :)
I will do it, since yes, it can be useful outside Storm. Remember I prototyped 
this just to play a bit... at first I didn't think it could be more than just 
spending some time learning, now is becoming more "serious", so it deserves 
better structure :)
