[Pharo-project] Migrated XMLWriter to SmalltalkHub

Hi guys

I migrated XMLWriter from Squeaksource to Smalltalkhub. I added a little test 
package and removed the fact that some 
old Collections-Support package!!! was loaded on top of new ones! Argh.
