You can encore your image in base64
    anImage := 'holidays.png' asFileReference readStream binary.
    encodedImage := Base64MimeConverter mimeEncode: anImage.


Then you can decode it with:
    ImageReadWriter formFromStream: (Base64MimeConverter
mimeDecodeToBytes: encodedImage).
