The licensing/patent issues that prevent us from shipping MP3 support
are well known.  We would like to ship it...we really would.  It's
beyond our control.

But we're not preventing anybody from installing MP3 plugins.  Just
because a piece of software doesn't come with Red Hat Linux doesn't mean
that we don't like it or want to prevent people from installing it.
