No. There used to be an FAQ on the Red Hat site that explained all of this but I couldn't find it. What I recall reading is along these lines: The software is GPL, but the subscription to RHN is not. You have to have an RHN subscription for each system running the software or the system is unsupported.
Ask a Red Hat rep for the most accurate answers.
