How can it be stupid,ifyou also see it as valid?  You're 
contradicting yourself.  I don't see anything stupid about Red 
Hat obeying the law, and obeying the license agreements that MP3 
software is under.  I would go one step further to say it is a
rather smart decision.

That is "lawsuit".  And just because nobody has had a lawsuit 
dropped on them does not mean that it wont happen.  Who wants to 
be the first?  Who is most likely to be the first?  Think about 
it.  It is rather simple.

How sure are you?  Do you go around violating laws as often as 
you can simply because you haven't got caught yet?  Not a very 
smart way to live your life, unless you are looking to be made an 
example of.  Just because someone hasn't been sued for something 
doesn't mean that they will not be sued.

I'm surprised by how many people think it is ok to break the law, 
or only follow the parts of it that suit your needs "until you 
get caught", and go further to say it's ok to do so if nobody 
else has been caught.  You obviously do not understand the legal 
system.
