I bought my first cylinder machine under that kind of pressure. I was looking 
it over for five minutes, being new to the hobby, and some guy next to me 
pointed to it and asked the seller "how much for that phonograph?" and I said 
"I'll take it."

There was a jerk in Michigan;one of thr founders of the Michigan Antique
