Are there any reference books that would tell you who is doing the opening introduction on an Edison Record ? I was just asked if I could identify the announcer of one of my postings on my youtube channel, namely Edison Gold Moulded two minute Record 8118, In the Good Old Summertime sung by William Redmond. This would have been recorded in September in 1902. Does anyone have any information regarding this announcer ?
