compiled php with ./configure --with-apxs=/path/to/apxs --with-mysql=/path/to/mysql --with-zlib --with-xml --with-gd --with-iconv --with-gettext --with-mcrypt --with-openssl made a page info.php <?phpinfo();?> http://site.com/info.php works ok https://site.com/info.php serve a blank page.
