We do not support third party patches and builds, which likely to
change the behaviour of PHP.
Please reopen the report, if you're able to reproduce this problem with
stock PHP.

Description:

Fresh install of PHP 5.2.0 caused error when running command: php -v.
This was fatal and prevented other software from being installed. Here
is the error message.
