Yeah that's good enough. Only the PHP extension part (the glue which is in
the PHP CVS) needs to be under the PHP license. The library it links with
can be LGPL.

No religious war from us. It's just that Richard Stallman tends to come
after us if the word GPL appears in our source tree :)
