I totally agree with Jordi. If I was a voting member, I would have swayed 
from a -1 to a +1 vote for the same reasons; I have to acknowledge that we 
could have done more mediation efforts, but Paul on the other side did 
nothing in return, not even accept in any part that someone was put off by 
his behaviour.

I hope this moves forward and doesn't create any more issues.
