In order to use PHP on IIS6.0 you must allow IIS to use Unknown ISAPI Extensions or Unknown CGI extensions in the Web Services section in the IIS administration.
If you don’t allow it, IIS don’t parse any php file because it's not allowed. I hope this helps you...
