I'm stuck. I'm running a default copy of Redhat 7.2. with PHP - 4.0.6-7 and Mysql - 3.23.41-1 running on Apache - 1.3020-16. When I try to load a php page I get this error.

Can you direct me to a fix for this...

Post some code as to what you're trying to open.
Does your webserver have read permission on the directory / file that you're trying to open?
