Your signature is twice the rfc1855 suggested limit. http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc1855.html - If you include a signature keep it short. Rule of thumb is no longer than 4 lines.
And the RFC1885 'guidelines' are also almost 10 years old. I think most people today have a fast enough connection to handle the 500+/- bytes of my signature....even if they're still on dial-up. Of course, I could be mistaken and there may still be someone out there using 900baud. ;)
Most usenet netiquette guidelines I've read suggest max. 4-6 lines of sig content, with "permitted" divider lines at either end ... and in this case a line is 75 chars ...
Ahhhh, but the almost 10 year old RFC says this...
"Limit line length to fewer than 65 characters and end a line with a carriage return."
