Is there a true max size or do I just have something messed up somewhere
that I need to tweak??
I've got a client who needs their customers to upload large files for printing this way - and it stops at 30MB. There is some setting in Windows XP that we have not been able to change. It's been a lot of fun digging through Microsoft support docs but have had no luck. The IIS setting seems to override whatever you tell PHP to do.
