Object creation :

Here I think  $stmt is NOT an object.
$stmp should be RESOURCE or boolean value most likely.
So it should be $rows=$dbh->fetchAll();
> $rows = $stmt->fetchAll();
> $count = count($rows);
> foreach ($rows as $row) {
>     print_r($row);
> }
> $stmt = null;
