Look at the following code
code1.php

echo rand(1,10000);
?>
code2.php
//Here I want to get the output of code1.php without using functions. Is it
possible?

instead of returning 1 at success I want to return the random value...
Why? Because I want to be platform independent. I'm connecting to a server
running PHP 4.3.11.
Ideas? Please give me!
