That wasn't the reason I pimped Opera though. I would NEVER use IEX as my development browser. I do all my HTML for Opera, then I check it in Firefox, then I check it in IE and tweak as necessary. IE is crap. It still doesn't support many of the useful features of CSS and often when it does, they don't work according to standard.
