RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /

DirectoryIndex handle.urls.php

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /handle.urls.php [L]
