My PHP-based pages "intially" work, but will not refresh when I go through Microsoft IIS Web Server.
The identical PHP-based pages work and refresh correctly when I go through Apache. My environment is . . . Microsoft Windows XP Professional Microsoft IIS Web Server Apache Web Server (on a port other than 80) PHP 4.3.1 I noticed older posts (PHP Bugs: #9232, etc.) about this problem, but can't find a resolution.
