Thanks bob it work.but still 1 problem.
$query = "SELECT image, image_type FROM $tbl_name WHERE image_id=".$_GE[i];
this line dosent work.
so i put $query = "SELECT image, image_type FROM $tbl_name WHERE image_id=X"; 
line where X=1,2,3,4..........
