[PHP-QA] QA Page on wiki references PHP 5.3

Hello there

I've noticed that our QA page on Wiki (https://wiki.php.net/qa) is
referencing PHP 5.3. Should we keep the last version of PHP (e.g 7.3), or
keep always the master?
