Hey, I have struck a deal with UserVoice and they're upgrading our php.netaccount to have full access to their platform for 1 year. They have also given us a bunch of admin accounts to maintain the account.
Just to calm those folks down who think this is replacing bugs.php.net, it's not. This is a 1 year temporary thing and will end when the new beta theme is 'stable' and the flood of tickets raised calms down. Everyone can participate in the UserVoice system, and currently the people administrating the tickets are Levi, Peter and myself.
