Instead use <https://bugs.php.net/>, please. :) > This is not a bug, it's a change-request for the timezone-database which will take effect on the 27th or March[1] and needs to be added to the timezonedb which AFAIK is not maintained by the PHP-Project but is added in the latest version to every new release of PHP. Derick might know more on that..
